I could use some help on 124. I'm stuck on the far left lower room. I can't figure where to move the lone block to get the kite to go over the blue button, which will key the tanks, so I can get the fire boots. Please help! Thanks

Hi Barbara. The quickest way I know to do this lvl is as follows:

First, step onto the beartrap release button, and stay on it until the fireball passes thru it. Then, go across the zip floor and up to the block. Push the block all the way up and all the way right. Then, go stand in the beartrap. When the fireball comes it will release you. Now, don't get all the chips in the fire maze, you'll get those later. Take the first left, and go to the green switch and step on it. Now, go into the tank section and get the chip and the red key. Then, exit the tank section. You should now be one step below the safe dirt. Go left, and get that one chip there. Then, continue left, until you're one step to the right of the safe dirt. Now go down, the right, and up to get that chip. Go to the "ice bracket" and "take it" down. Get the blue key, and go back up, until you're at the ice (by the safe dirt). Get on the ice for a ride. Now, you need to get the chip you passed on your ice ride. Be careful of the fireballs. Now, go thru the blue door (I'm sure you'll find it.) Get the chip, and take one block w/ you. You want to carefully move the block into the upper-left most corner in the fireball section. This will allow the fireballs to trigger the green switch. Now, go thru the red door (I'm sure you'll find it, too.). Carefully, move the block there into the upper-left most corner in that section. This will allow the fireball to toggle the blue switch for the tanks. Now, exit, and return to the ice. You want to go back the way you came on the ice. Head for the tank section. Now, you can go to the right side and get the fireboots. After you get the fireboots, you don't need to wait for the tanks to move, just walk across the firebushes to exit the tank section. As you've exit the tank section, you'll notice a patch of safe dirt to your right, walk that way. As you step on the bear trap release button, the fireball (from the beginning) will be released. Step on the ice, and then step into the beartrap. As in the beginning, you will be release by the fireball. Go right and get the two bottom chips, then step on the beartrap release to again release the fireball. Now grap the top two chips, and get into that beartrap again. And, yes, the fireball will release you yet again. Now, you can get those chips in the fire maze much quicker. Grap the one around the wall first. Then, grap the second one which is almost level to that one (you can see it to your left). Then, go down and left. Now you can grap the three chips there. Go all the to the wall, then up via the ice bracket. Get the final chip in this stage (you can see it). And, head for the ice again. Take it, and head back to the lower-left section, where the one fireball is activating the blue switch. Grap the one chip in that section, and exit. As you do, keep running all the way to the right, until you see the ice, and the final chips. Now, run up to grap the three chips, and then across the ice right. Then, grab the chip and run all the way down. Now, you can exit. All done.

Fantastic 'how to ' description Christina! same way I do it. Two things :

After using your first key, after getting the chip, I move the block from there to on top of the lowest flame to get the lemmers to activate the green switch. Same results, but you're not having to move the block those few extra places.

second, after getting the fire boots, & running over the bear trap release button, I do just as you described : Slide over the ice & wait on the bear trap to be released by the lemmer. But once released, I'm sure you meant to write go left, not right, to get the next 4 chips.

Great level description.

Thanks, Kathy, I did mean left, NOT right. I didn't even notice I did that. Thanks. And, thanks for the tip on the block, it'll prob. shave a few more secs. off my time.

Thanks,

Christina

Kathy, I must be misunderstanding the "lowest flame". What do you mean by that?

Thanks,

Sorry.. I guess I should have said fires. When I draw my maps, I reresent thr little bob-fires with quickly drawn red flames. There are four of them lined up vertivally, the green toggle switch to the right of the 2nd one down. I push my block on top of the bottom (or 4th) fire. That gets the lemmers to congregate to the right of the fires. They move in a little circle, passing over the toggle switch on each cycle. Some of these are kind of difficult to explain. Sorry for any confusion.
